Services promised are not being delivered

1. I was called around the 25th of February by an agent from Elite Mobile, offering me a Vodacom contract. The details of the contract were that I would receive R110 airtime, 20MB Data per day, unlimited sms's and 60 minutes Vodacom to Vodacom per day. All of these services were offered at a cost of R99 per month. <br> 2. I needed a spare phone and accepted the offer. I confirmed with the agent that the TOTAL monthly cost was R99 for what she offered. <br> 3. I received the phone in early March. I opened it an charged the device as per instruction from the agent. I put the phone on and found that the card was not registered. Approximately three weeks later (my efforts were focussed on my PhD at the time), I went into a Vodacom shop and asked for advice on registering the handset. They advised to call customer care and they could not assist. A day after that the sim card was activated. <br> 4.
