<p>I was promised to be refunded an amount of R55 and R45 BY Elite mobile as I have canceled my contract with them.They told me on the 05 October 2016 that vodacom refunds takes 21days, and 21days has passed already and I have only received 2refunds they stiil need to refund me the other 2 amounts.Mandla Njoko was the person who confirmed that vodacon refunds takes 21days.</p>
