Service delivery on feedback

The guys from elite mobile called me 3 times. Initially I was Semi-approved but then dololo, nothing appeared. 2nd time I got fully approved and asked for confirmation, they even sent my details to 3rd party to after-sales things and once again, dololo I never received anything from them but 3rd party guys started debiting from my account. Now this time around they called again with a good offer and once again, nothing got delivered. I enquired this time and a guy called ‘Mandla Lennon Njoko’ emailed me back saying, I quote, “ Kindly note it does not give me a reason Kindly call 082135 they will advise you as to why it was declined ” Why should I call? Doesn’t he work they? Worst service delivery ever I have received. I wrote them back and requested them to move me from their database as it’s a useless company that doesn’t know what the word ‘feedback’ means. Proffessional on the low.
