Service delivery

On 28 October I was called by Elite Mobile for an upgrade that they offered to me. I have spoken to serveral agents regarding the router delivery, as per them 7 days. I have asked the agents and the manager that I would like a email from them, which I was going to receive in 48 hours. No email received. Everytime I had to call them for a update as they just say one of our agents will call you back, as they will escalate this. Please never ever accept any upgrade or buy a deal from them, they are useless. Today I asked if they can send me a emai so that myself and them had a conversation but that is not possible. What a ******* subcontractor that Vodacom has.
