Selling cellphone packages under false pretenses

Selling cellphone packages under false pretenses. The guy told me vodacom want to thank me for being a loyal client and that i will be getting R400 worth of airtime. I specifically asked if i will be getting my data with the airtime at no extra cost and he rep**** YES. something about this just didn't sit well with me so i phoned vodacom to comfirm this deal and as i expected it was all a bunch of ****. I phoned elite mobile to cancel the deal and also asked a copy of the recording as i was told a copy of the recording will be made available to me upon my request, however the person whom i dealth with refused and said they are not allowed to give recordings to clients. They are the worst agent ever. Please stay as far away as possible. #******.
