******** that dont stick to their promises and contracts.

So they phoned me on the 22nd of December to upgrade one of my lines,( that i was going to stop the contract as i dont use and dont even know where the sim card is). So they said that i will get a R 3 000 takealot voucher if i upgrade. So i did the upgrade and told them i dont use the number as i dont even know where the sim card is,so they said they will send the voucher to the number im using,every time i phone,they escalate the matter as i have not received the voucher 2 weeks ago,they said they cant send it to any other number as it is *****,i must go do a sim swap,and that the voucher has already been send to the number that was upgraded,so i went and bought a new sim,did the sim swap,only to find out,there is no voucher.

So i phoned again today,they said they will escalate the matter,and then i said i want to cancel the contract coz its not what was promised to, only to be told i cant cancel the contract as its already been approved in December 2021,

Today is 11 February 2022,im paying for a contract i didnt really want,did not recieve my voucher that was part of the contract and they cant cancel my contract and the manager is apparently in a meeting and he will call me back, wich was supposed to happen last week Wednesday already,

Elite mobile is the biggest ******** i have ever heard of and they give vodacom such a bad name,Vodacom should stop them completely from doing any business for them,so whoever can tell me what to do,please let me know as i had enough and according to them,there is nothing else they can do but keep escalate the matter.
