In June 18 a consultant phone and offered a contract for a cell phone which I took. The very next day i cancelled it via email and I received a written confirmation from Zakariyah Mahomed that it was cancelled , also smses . On the 30/06/2020 they debited my account with a lot of other amounts – for Luno, Hotspotter, Simfyafrica &Techdetech. I sent another email to their customercare on the 1/07/2020 and Ndumi Nkosingiphile Mthiyane responded that my query will be attended within 24hrs – till today . On the 24th and the 26th of this month they debited my account again .Why are they deducting payments from my account when I don’t even have a contract with them . I tried calling them but their voice recorder says they are closed due to Covid-19. Today 28/07/20, I sent another email , it doesn’t even have an autoreply – I think they have blocked my mails .These people are ********
