****med by Elite mobile. Please assist in canceling contract

Elite mobile has ****med my mother after she received a call from them. She never signed a contract nor did she ever give them her banking details and yet there's money being debited from her account even though she never received a device. If anyone who's being ****med by this company has managed to cancel the ********** debit orders please advise me how you did it. I will be taking legal action.
