You are MASTER ******** disguised in legit company colors! My wife took out a contract in Feb 2020 and to date have never received the product. This was communicated MULTIPLE times to you, escalated and we also opened a case with your Ombudsman. Nothing happened, no reply and no device or cancellation of contract. She is still getting debited every month and paid R2500 (and counting) for a device not received. She moved her bank account, but unable to close the current due to your debit order. If this issue does not get resolved by COB today, I Will open a ***** case against Elite Mobile. Good advise to anybody else receiving a call from Elite Mobile, please cancel the call immediately!
