**** COMPANY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

This company and a gentleman by the name of Jeremy who called me to try and convince me to upgrade my Vodacom contract, not only '****med' me into an upgrade which I did NOT agree to, but also subscribed me to some Legal plan at an extra cost each month - he did not even discuss this Legal plan with me!! For the past 3 months, I have tried ENDLESSLY to get rid of this Legal plan on my bill, without success. Needless to say, I am FURIOUS!! Does anyone have any advice for me on what action to take???
