**** and Incompetence!

I do not know why I continue to work and be contacted with Elite Mobile. I was contacted by someone to do an upgrade on my line and I called to cancelled this.

The agent proceeded to tell me their system was down took down my number and promised to call me back. This, of course, did no happen and sure enough I receive an SMS confirmation that my line has been migrated!

I really do not appreciate empty promises and being **** to and I would appreciate this be undone and my number removed from their database because I cannot deal with such incompetence.
