I have an pre-paid phone and was contacted by elite mobile to go on to a contract with them. They said you get R49 airtime for R39. But they don't tell you that you wont be able to see who is calling you. when I phoned the call center they told me that you have to pay R9-90 to activate the service to see who is calling you and it takes 4 working days to activate. The first call was on the 16 of February. then on the 20 February they told me there was nothing on the system she will phone me back. Monday the 23 of February she phoned me back and told me that its in for approval and it takes 4 working days and I told here I cant except it and I want to speak to a manager. the manager was busy and he will phone me back. Today the 23 of February still no phone call and I just phoned again because I still cant see who is phoning me and the manager is still busy. the problem is I run a business and my workers always gives me missed calls from site and I must phone them back. now I must phone all of the to find out who is calling me. I was just wondering Elite mobile are you going to reinverse my money for all the phone calls I have to make. I wont recommend these providers to any one.
