After numerous calls and threats we still haven't come to a solution by Elite Mobile. We ordered a laptop but was declined obviously as I'm unemployed but the debit order would go off on my husband bank acc. No problem to Elite Mobile 3 days later 1st debit order takes off. Off to the bank we go to reverse order and I phoned to tell them so they did a few adjustments on the account. However new month another bank debit order goes off. You phone to lodge a complaint and your query is pending. How can our money be pending a enquiry to be returned if we didn't receive anything??? Then they have the audacity to say it hasn't even been reviewed yet. I wouldn't advise anyone who wants to purchase from them as I get the feeling they are sweet talking ********. Be warned!!
