Rude telesales agent (Amanda)

On Saturday, 21 Oct, I received an unsolicited call from rude Amanda, an agent of Elite Mobile. When I demanded to know which company sold my number to Elite Mobile, she refused to give me the name of the company, only telling me that they got my number from "some list". I then told her that I do not appreciate unsolicited calls, which was a big mistake on my part, because her response was "you should not have agreed to something you do not understand", implying that I agreed to receive marketing material. ALL the companies I do business with know that I DO NOT want my info distributed/sold. The reason I needed the name of the company from rude Amanda was because I wanted to confront that particular company so that they can explain to me why they sold my info to Elite Mobile. Elite Mobile is really giving VODACOM a bad name! Their agents are ill-mannered! Imagine a 49 year old grandfather being lectured by a rude young telesales agent, who has not clue of what she is talking about. She really spoiled my Saturday morning. Teach her some manners please!
