Rude telemarketer

Telemarketer for Elite Mobile, Bongile or Bongiwe (not sure) is extremely rude. She said that I was preselected for a special offer and said that I would receive a Samsung tablet from Vodacom with free data etc per month. When I asked when it was all free, she rudely said that I must wait for her to finish. Then after informing me how much it would cost per month, I declined the offer. She then cut the call without any form of greeting or thanking that I allowed her to use my time. How does a company expect to sell anything to prospecting clients with call center agents like those?
