Rude sales consultant

Your call center agents are damn rude. "Ronald" phones me today and says that I'm qualified for a Lenovo Laptop from Vodacom...after me informing him that I've already got a laptop and won't be interested in another he gives me a big sigh of frustration saying "Oh My" as if I've wasted his time yet he called me. Don't do your job because you're forced to "Ronald" there's many people out there who are dying to be in your position who will be way more passionate about it whether they are turned down or not....Elite Mobile check your useless consultant and train him about phone etiquette...it's disgusting...and to add to it he puts the phone down without a "thank you for your time mam" or a goodbye. Ag I'm tired of people who give off pathetic customer service.
