rude operator
<p>I received a phone call from Elite Mobile via a private number and spoke to a rude girl named Rachel (Date: 31/08/2016, time: 12:02). Problem nr 1 - Why do you use a private number? Problem nr 2 - Don't you dare hang up on me when I tell you in a kind voice (although I am highly annoyed with you) that I am not interested.</p>

Elite Mobile phoned me within half an hour after I posted my complaint and apologised for the rudeness of the mentioned staff member. To Elite Mobile: I really really appreciate the phone call and your apology. You clearly care about your image and customers. It is unfortunate that a staff member can have a negative influence on that.
