Rude and Aggressive call centre agent

I received a call from an unknown number, the agent. When she identified herself as calling from Elite Mobile, I said I was not interested. She retorted “What are you not interested in, I didn’t even explain to you”. I said I was aware of your products and am not interested. She then asked me what their products were. I said “cellphones and tablets”. She then said “no, we offer packages with Vodacom etc etc.” She then asked me why I didn’t want her to explain the product to me. I said that I was busy. She says “well why did you answer your phone if you are busy?” I told her to go ahead and explain because I thought maybe her commission depended on it or something. She explains the offer and I then tell her again that I am not interested. She angrily asks “well why did you make me carry on explaining the offer if you were just going to say no” I said I did tell her that at the start. She then says “is there something wrong with you lady? Oh my god! Did I force you to listen to me? Did I force you? I’m so sorry I forced you!” And she hung up.

I have never encountered a more rude call centre agent in my life. Elite Mobile clearly do not train their agents. Her behavior was despicable.
