RUDE!!!
<p>I was just contacted by Nigel - firstly he doesn't give you a chance to say listen here, I am not interested. I am busy, it is in fact working hours for me too...you would expect someone to say I am selling this or this can I have a moment of your time, but no, he just blabbed on about a data deal that Vodacom wants to offer me along with Elite mobile - if I wanted data I would have added that to my Vodacom contract!!!. I had to interrupt him mid-sentence to say I am not interested, on which the phone was dropped in my ear. I do not want to be contacted by Elite mobile ever again - I AM NOT INTERESTED!! I have now opt out on the DMA opt out data base as well.</p> <p>In the past a data deal was totally misrepresented to me but,luckily I heard when the agent was speeding through the terms and conditions that he has totally **** to me through the whole call (this was last year and I did not report it then, but enough is enough).</p> <p>Sort out your staff.</p>
