Ridiculous service

Completely messed up my order delivery address. Gave my previous home address as the delivery address when my previous home address what not mentioned in the upgrade conversations. Then it took another 4 calls with Elite mobile and endless conversations with RAM over a period of 2 days to sort this out and it is STILL NOT RESOLVED.
