refunds

<p>I was told by Mandla Nyoko that I will be refunded within 21days from the 05 October 2016,I was suppose to get 4refunds but so far I have only received 2refunds and when I contact them via email they do not reply and keep on saying my query is closed but they donot respond on my query.</p>
