R3000 voucher and content services

Good day, I got a phone call beginning Dec 2020 to renew my contract with Vodacom. I opted for the Smart M+ and was promised a R3000 voucher that will be sent via sms to my number. I visited a Vodacom store and they said I should phone Elite Mobile on 23 Dec which I did and was promised that the voucher will be sent end of Dec. Today is the 9 Jan 2021 and there is still no sign of any voucher. I phoned them again this morning and they said it should have been sent to me on the 15th of Dec.

Can your please let me know how I should go about this as none of the two want to take responsibility now?

I also cancelled all Content services in December in store after months on the phone with Vodacom without a reply. In Dec they paid 3 months out only to find out that they charged me for content services again in December. I blocked it this morning again and would like for that amount to be deducted/paid out please.
