query cancelation

My name is tebogo rasegakela I was contacted by the consultants of elite mobile for a vodafone smart tab and after sometime I called them to cancel the contract and they told me that Ok it is cancelled so I went on to vodacom store to rake up another contract and to my surprise the contract was not cancelled but they sent me a confirmation sms stating that the contract is cancelled, this company is doing ********** things and refuse to cancel, and they blocking my chances of another contract as I really need the contract with Vodacom for a new phone if this is how the company treats it's customers of ********** sales so that they make money, legal action must taken with this company the person who said will cancel this is gift so an still waiting.
