Be very careful of Elite Mobile services. Got a call two months back from a sales agent claiming to be from Vodacom and wanted to offer me a great package. Completely misinformed me about the offer. I was supposed to have saved money and ended up paying more. All attempts to get hold of Elite Mobile failed. They don't answer calls or respond to messages. Vodacom had to intervene and reverse contract because Elite Mobile is a subcontractor of Vodacom. To this day, they still have not given me answers or returned any of my calls. Oh, need I mention that they are not toll free so contacting them will be at your own expense.

This is one of the worst service providers I have ever seen and Vodacom must just cancel them as a subcontractor.
