Putting though application without authorization
Good day Kubeshini,
I have just spoken to Vodacom, they advised me that the ****le was not cancelled, so I had to cancel it with them now.
Than thay advised me the order that was put in yesterday was for a Vodacom tablet at R100 p/m
Now i'm not sure when I agreed to take out a tablet so kindly get your manager to contact me as this is totally unacceptable now,
You are putting applications though on my name for phones I haven't even approved, and if it was not cancelled by me I would have ended up paying for it and it's something I know nothing about.
I will not stand for this, I am taking this up!!!

Kindly be advised with regards to your inquiry and the telephonic conversation.
Elitemobile called to replaced order for a HUAWEI P8 LITE 2017 PEARL WHITE @ R199 PM on uChoose Flexi 110.
This order went through Vodacom vetting process and was not approved on the selected package this order was unsuccessful.
Upon the vetting process we tried to vet on a lower package which is the Vodacom Tab 2, if you were approved for this package, Elitemobile would have called you to offer this package, unfortunately you were also not approved for this package.
This order was not placed for you but will reflect on the system since we did try to vet the application for the Vodacom Tab 2 that is the reason it is reflecting under Vodacom system.
We trust all in in order.
