PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION
I received a call from Vanessa from Elite Mobile regarding my upgrade & i asked if Vodacom online charges an admin fee of R150 when doing an upgrade with them & she said yes, now i found out that vodacom online does not charge it. I phoned them back in less than 30 min to cancel the upgrade they tell me that even if i cancel the upgrade they still going to charge me the R150 admin fee. I find that very upsetting.

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.As per our conversation on the call we are not Vodacom online hence we do not have the ability to waiver upgrade fees,this is solely something offered by Vodacom Online themselves as a promotion.
In regards to the agent advising you that they will charge you for an upgrade fee,We are currently investigating into the matter and will provide disciplinary to the agent when the call recording comes through.
