Promises Promises

On 22 June 2015 I was phoned by Elite Mobile to upgrade my Vodacom Contract. Ref EM ***-0.<br> Since then I have phone several times 16/07/215 Ref 142510 22/07/2015 Ref 085410 and numerous occasions where I did not even ask for a Ref no. I get a complete run around and to date I have not received my new Phone. They promise to phone back, but NOTHING EVER GETS DONE.<br> <br> What now<br> <br> I don't have cell reception where I live so I have given them a Vox Satelite phone number, but still to no avail.<br>
