Preying on the uniformed

Elite mobile consultants have no shame in manipulating people into being part of contracts for services they don't even understand. I look after my mothers finances and she refers anyone who calls her offering 'deals' to me. After my mom was contacted by an Elite Mobile agent she informed them that they should call me. I had missed their calls and so they decided to call my mom again and proceeded to talk her into onto purchasing a rescue box and making a change to her contract (which actually means she extends it). My mom has no use for a rescue box and do not want to change the contract!! I cannot believe that this company choses to convince people who don't know any better to purchase products that they do not need. It is my personal opinion that that their sales techniques prey on the uninformed and most vulnerable. Disgusting to say the least. The contract has since been cancelled.
