Potential **** - Takealot Voucher not delivered

I was referred to this company by Vodacom when I called them on *** in December 2021 because my contract renewal was overdue. They promised me a R1500 Takealot voucher upon the upgrade and it was a big selling point for me and was material in my decision to agree to the upgrade. The voucher was supposed to be sent to me via Sms in 30 days but up until now I have never received it.

I have made several queries on their *** number and issued with several reference numbers but still no voucher and it's now 6 months on. I was promised last week that management would call me to rectify the matter since I was threatening to cancel my contract but I have still not heard from them.
