Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced; A dishonest Business

Upgraded a Vodacom account with top of the line iPhone. Sales consultant promised various accessories which I queried, as the iPhone 12 does not come with earphones, not charger. He checked with his manager and confirmed. these would be part of the package. I asked him to check again and he confirmed. These were not supp**** on delivery of the device. I have written to customer service several times who refuse to share the recorded call, or provide the promised accessories. They simply say they will collect the device as the promised goods were not officially part of the deal, despite the sales consultant confirming this verbally. They acknowledge the promises after investigating the call in writing, refuse to honor a verbal contract. Disgusting lack of respect for my rights and flagrant disregard for quality service, response time and fairness. Disgraceful.
