Poor service from Elite. Do not do business with them. They are ****** of note!

They sold a phone to me that I did not want. As soon as I received it I phoned them on 4feb to come and collect the phone and cancel the contract to date no one has collected the phone with several promises from them to collect. Now vodacom has sent me a bill for the upgrade. What does one have to do to get service from these people?
