Poor Service

Bad Service, received a Tablet in early December with UPS the courier company not phoning to arrange delivery, finding them at wrong address then to find unit faulty and giving a glitch the whole time , phone Elite Mobile for collection with in few days of receipt of tablet, today is the 24/1/2018 and tablet has not been collect, keep on phoning call center and every time different story. Phoned the Call center today and got told that the courier services UPS told them they were at my house 3 times and i wasn't there phoning me and no answer. The more i`m telling the lady that is not true the more she gets arrogant. I told her they have deducted money from my account, i require a refund then she gets arrogant again, they will first determine if i didn't damage the unit. I told her the first time i contacted Elite Mobile and realized the unit is faulty i packed it up in the original packaging it was received in , all the data and airtime she can see for herself is still on the number/ sim card . Then she just keeps proceeding with a very arrogant attitude. I feel this is very unprofessional from them and that they need to get there attitudes in a professional manner. This was the first and last time i will ever purchase from Elite Mobile and i will make sure my friends/family now of there service to there customers.
