Poor Service

Absolutely useless service. Been phoning for almost a month, not once did they phone me back. They upgraded my contract incorrectly and would not correct it. Their consultants give you the run around transferring you from one to the next, when I finally got through to the person who was handling the request, she knew nothing of it. They have not email or phoned once. The sms I received showed that the debit order would deduct double the amount the contract was agreed upon. I have cancelled the contract and await the 48hours to confirm
