Poor and pathetic service !!!

Absolutely the WORST service ever !! I took a contract with Elite Mobile after they phoned me. They said on the max 5 to 10 working days , im on the 11th working day already and nothing has been delivered to me . The lady on the phone could not even tell me the date for my first debit order. Pathetic if you ask me. Then i use their website to track my order, the website does not even work !!! I tried to phone them but it says due to covid 19 they cant take my calls , but they called me 5 times for the contract .. like what even they can call but cant take calls. Then i emailed them but as i thought , NO RESPONSE .. These guys are far the worst i've ever seen , i would much rather go to any other provider and pay R500 more per month for the exact same contract but at least get service and good quality. Really poor service and delivery , DO NOT USE ELITE MOBILE !!!
