Pilfering funds and illigal billing

I accepted a telephonic contract from Elite Mobile about 4 weeks ago. At the end of February, 2 subscriptions at R49 ea were deducted from my banking account. Not at any point during our conversation was I either offered nor did I accept an offer for these subscription. I contacted Elite Mobile on the 3rd of March and was assured that a consultant would get back to me within 3 to 5 working days. It is now the 10th and needless to say that no contact has been forthcoming. <br> My question is this: Since when do providers assume that they have a right to *******ly pilfer funds from one's bank account? It is absolutely ******* and a breach of one's financial security! I read that in some cases the subscriptions were cancelled, but no mention is made of any funds being returned. I am of the opinion that this is how the company makes some of its money; load a customer with a subscription or two, see how long it takes for them to complain and then just canel it without reimbur*****t. Quite clever. Well, I will be taking further steps and the 1st step is to lay a charge of accessing my account without consent. How disappointing that my first dealings with Elite Mobile should be like this.
