Phonebox charges from Elite mobile

In Sept 2011 Elite mobile upgraded my contract. After reviewing the email, i see that there were charges that i did not approve and immediately cancelled the upgrade.

I received an email that the cancellation was done.

With Covid i was trying to cut down on a costs and came across a deduction of R50 phone box. Going off for years. After long investigation i found out all was linked to that Elite Mobile upgrade that was ‘immediately’ Cancelled!!!

I am furious. That is thousands of rands for something i did not sign up for!!!!
