Pathetic Services

<p>I order a laptop from Elite Mobile over 3 weeks ago. Everyday since I had to call the call centre on when delivery is expected as it was urgently needed for exam purposes. Every day I get told my call is escalated only to find out I was supposed to be called a week ago as the price was adjusted by R10 WOW!!!!!! Again I told that they escalating my call as I officially know all the agents by name. One star is still too much for this pathetic service!!</p>
