Pathetic Service

I was contacted by your company regarding the 1GB Vodafone tablet for R99-00 per month. I agreed to take up the contract. I was told that I will receive an email or sms as confirmation that it has been approved. Up to now I have received nothing - no sms, email or device. I have contacted the call centre 4 times already and they just keep on saying that they will escalate the matter as it has not been approved yet. I believe your company is just chasing numbers to get business and does not give a damn about client care/service. Do you have no procedure in place to follow-up on orders that has not been approved yet within the time standard that you are giving to clients? This is Pathetic!!! The exact same thing happened to me during Feb 2015 aswell with your company. After your call centre consultant added services that I did not agree to, not captured the correct debit order deduction date etc. I phoned the call centre to find out what the delay was, and they said it was still pending...only to find an hour later the courier service arrived with the parcel. I did not sign for it, as I had already cancelled the order an hour earlier. Truly pathetic service!!
