pathetic & ridiculous service

I recently found out that my phone number was converted to a contract by elitemobile when I lost my sim card. My phone has not been working for months and whenever I request a sim swop from them I get even more frustrated. It took them 3 weeks to send me a letter to do a sim swop. After getting that letter i was told its gonna take 10 working days to activate my sim. Its 3 weeks later still nothing.. Worse part they dont want cancel the contract due to their bad service. There must be a law that protects us from shady companies like these... I would love to get rid of any relationship with this this company. ***
