Pathetic elite mobile

After a few bad review about this irresponsive and useless company, I received a call from one of the upper management about the debit order off my account. She said they will be refunding the amounts that was taken off my account and telling me she saw that there was a cancellation put through and told me that all we discussed over the phone will be put in an email and sent to me, its been just a little short of a week and still nothing from these people! They just keeping up with this **** service and customer care and will never be recommending them to anyone dead or alive!!
