PATHETIC AND ZERO MORALS
<p>Elite Mobile upgrades me without my permission! I request the phone conversation and is informed that I can not get it as they will investigate my claim first and get back to me in 5 days (let's see if that happens)! The consultant, Veronica, is SO RUDE, interrupts a person the whole time and just keep saying they will not upgrade my Vodacom data contract without my permission! The more I tell her they did, the more she speaks over a person to tell me they would not! Seriously disgusted in this company.</p>
