Offering unwanted services after requesting them to remove me from their caller list

Answered the phone and the consultant told me that they're acting obo Vodacom and proceeded to tell me what I don't use on my current contract and how they can fix it. I told him I'm not interested. He proceeded to try and talk over me and when I told him I 'm not interested he dropped the phone. This is after I asked them to remove me from their database on 2 occasions. I've now blocked the number.
