Offered services I don't want

Good day,<br> I received a call over an hour ago about added services which I declined last year already. The lady that I spoke to told me these are not activated until I activate them, but the messages and emails I received after the call suggest that I placed an order for these services I don't want. The worse thing is that I cancelled the order with Elite mobile but their modem and sim card has not been collected back to them. The lady I spoke to by the name of Claudette tells me they can only cancel the order which was supposed to be cancelled more than two weeks ago, after collecting their modem and sim card. These people are ***** because they say one thing over the telephone and do the opposite on their systems. The lady that called me an hour ago made me confirm my details so she could process this false order. She told me she's only giving me the info to look at and confirm if I want the services. after telling her a few times that i've been offered these services and I declined them she still sends me confirmation sms and email about me having ordered these services. What the hell?
