Nothing ELITE! about elite mobile

What a *******.... first they sell a deal for which they say they have no devices in stock then sell another more expensive deal ….then BOTH devices arrive and I cancel obviously. 2 months later they still have not collected their devices despite promises to send couriers every week... now I find out that they have downgraded my business phone without my permission... how can Vodacom allow this ******* service from charlatans. I had to call vodacom to correct my account because elite mobile customer (DONT) care line does not get answered...STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!! I think I will charge storage fees for their devices...Next time I will name NAMES of the 2 useless service personnel.
