Not paying back my money they took without my authorization

<p>They took money from my account without me even knowing what it was for so a nice lady called Chanel phoned me to resolve the problem she was very polite and told me that they would pay back the money in my account.</p> <p>I Still havent received my money and its been a week since she phoned me, why should i wait for MY money that they took from my account without my authorization. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
