not paying a cent

so !!! its been a week now since my BIS has been deactivated and heard nothing from them. i refuse to pay this month im not paying for a service im not receiving . and i actually have clients i need to contact using my BIS and now my phone is useless because im not even allowed to load my own BIS. CAN WAIT FOR THIS CONTRACT TO END. strongs for the people you trying to catch with you bad service.
