Not keeping their promises of a refund
Not keeping their promises of a refund. After my first complaint i was told on the 18th of Feb that i would be refunded by the end of the week. But i still haven't received a refund of the money that was debited from my account not to mention my banking costs, data and airtime thats been wasted thanks to Elite Mobile.
