Not agreeing to elite mobile upgrade

a lady from the centre called wanted to sell me a tablet but I said no I wasn't interested and that I already have an iPad, she persisted and then said a confirmation sms will be sent to you and then she hung up.

reading previous reviews it seems like they're signing up every one and doing debit orders without agreeing. I do not want anything grom elite mobile and want my details (all of it) removed from their systems
