no solution

<p>i took phone via phone with Meth from elite mobile</p> <p>i was wrongly billed, and iv been told by vodacom that i was told of the amount, i requested recording from Marcel Stainbank of elite, he rudely said they dont issue such, i must all voa, at voda i spoke to Trivino and Zolile who told me to call elite, elite(Marcel Stainbank ) who is rude told me to shut up..and he requested bank statement from me and again to call voda to give me their statement, which i did, hoping now the issue will be reolved, after receiving what he needed he is still sending me to vodacom.</p> <p>this people have no customer service they will send you to all the departments with no assistance, im now in arrears with thm cause i disputed, becuase im sayng i wasnt't told of the 48hrs fee, what is so difficult of them to give me the recording?instead the threating me with the legal action</p> <p>this is wrong, let them give me the correct info, if the girl(meth) told me about the fees then i will pay</p>
