No service from Elite Mobile

A lady from Elite Mobile phoned me in to upgrade my Wi-Fi contract with Vodacom she then promised a virtual gift card as I'm such a loyal customer at Vodacom. I have send enquiries numerous queries and all I'm getting is "Will be investigating and provide feedback or thank you for your patience" the last ****py response from them was on 1st of Feb and now nothing. If I could give them a -5 star I would as they don't deserve a 1. Why Vodacom still uses them is beyond me, as I would have thought them not wanting to be associated with bad service - clearly I was wrong
